ISO 12800 handheld shot waiting for the ferry back to Toronto.
All my tripod shots at a better location are terrible because I forgot to turn off IBIS ? This is the only shot that is almost okay after spending 90 minutes in the cold and wind. Lesson learned turn off IBIS when using a tripod.
