Projects

A photography project is a focused body of work built around a clear idea, subject, or purpose. Instead of creating unrelated images, a project develops a theme over time, giving each photo a role in a larger story. Working this way helps move beyond single snapshots and encourages a more intentional point of view.

Projects usually unfold gradually, with images gathered, edited, and reshaped as the direction becomes clearer. The result is a series that feels connected, deliberate, and more impactful as a whole.

Project Types

I plan to have two types of projects stages:

  • The Gathering stage where I will collect photos for the project and display them with minimal commentary.
  • Final stage where the project is complete and a unque design and page layout will be create with commentary and a flow like one would expect with a magazine layout.
  • One exception The TTC Mapper project has it's own website due to the scope and length of time to complete the project.
That’s how I approach street photography: watching everything. If I think something might happen, then I will hang around. But most of the time I’m rushing from one corner of the city to another, just looking for stuff.
